辣炒小河虾
河虾是野生的，因此上就显得比较稀罕，这主要是现在人爱吃河虾的多了。捕河虾是很有意思的营生，傍晚把长长的地笼匀匀的码放到小河里，当然，里面要放上一些小虾爱吃的东西，像油条啦，猪骨头啦，这些带有油腥味都的是河虾爱吃的美食，关闭地笼的口。过一夜，等天蒙蒙亮的时候，就可以去收获了；沿着一头慢慢的收拢地笼，边收边敲打或抖动，把小虾往一处聚拢。放了一夜的地笼里总会有许多的嘴馋的小虾落网，弹弹跳跳的。数量嘛，要看你投入的地笼长短。 大些的河虾，约莫有小半扎长的这种，用面裹了下油锅炸着吃，味道鲜美，口感清甜。像那些小小的河虾，就适合用鸡蛋液拌匀了煎着吃，是下饭的菜。
