家常蟹炒年糕




    今天,我们就来个蟹炒年糕~~梭子蟹在冬季徊游季节个体最为健壮,蟹红膏满盖,口味极佳。梭子蟹肉质细嫩、洁白,富含蛋白质、脂肪及多种矿物质。蟹含有丰富的蛋白质及微量元素,对身体有很好的滋补作用。蟹还有抗结核作用,吃蟹对结核病的康复大有补益。



主料 梭子蟹 (2个) 年糕 (300克)
辅料 生姜 (1块) 大蒜 (5个) 葱段 (2棵) 青红椒 (2个) 盐 (3克) 料酒 (5ml) 生抽 (1勺) 茶油 (1勺)
